STV Construction Incorporated in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead capital improvement projects from initiation through closeout. The role oversees scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk as an owner’s representative on public sector or educational facilities projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible project management experience overseeing large capital construction projects.
• Experience serving as an owner's representative on public sector, K-12, higher education, or institutional projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing consultants and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and construction/project management software.

Responsabilités

• Lead all phases of assigned capital improvement projects from planning and design through construction and closeout.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies aligned with district goals, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction activities while ensuring technical excellence.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and balance priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Assemble, lead, and mentor project teams and coordinate with district stakeholders.
