Job summary

Cordoba Corporation in Inland Empire, CA seeks an experienced Project Manager with at least 10 years of full-time professional PM experience. Candidates should have hands-on success managing programs with construction values over $20M and experience in planning and permitting for educational facilities in public works or large commercial/healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years full-time paid professional experience in Project Management of Commercial and/or Public/Educational Facility Construction.
• Five (5) of the ten (10) years should have full responsibility for coordinating complex projects with construction values in excess of $20M (single project).
• Proficiency in use of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, SketchUp, MS Office Suite.
• Experience and knowledgeable with DSA process

Responsibilities

• Manages, oversees, and coordinates activities from grants and funding through AHJ approval.
• Review schematics and programmatic documents with stakeholders and submit designs to AHJ for permitting/approval.
• Plans, organizes and prepares reports to upper management on project status and progress.
• Coordinate with public agencies during pre-construction and construction to comply with off-site work and owner staff.
