Job summary

Cordoba Corporation is seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a minimum of 10 years of full-time professional construction management experience. The role focuses on projects over $20M, including educational facilities, public works, or large commercial/healthcare projects, with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office proficiency.

Salary range is $150,000 to $175,000 per year. Onsite work in Inland Empire, CA with robust benefits described in the company materials.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years full-time paid professional experience in Construction Management of Commercial and/or Public/Educational Facility Construction.
• Five (5) of the ten (10) years should have full responsibility for coordinating complex projects with construction values in excess of $20M (single project).
• Experience and knowledgeable with DSA process during construction phase.

Responsibilities

• Manages, oversees, and coordinates activities from constructability review through close-out of assigned projects.
• Review pre-construction documents and submit comments to the Designer as necessary.
• Plans, organizes and prepares reports on project status to upper management.
• Coordinate with public agencies during pre-construction and construction to comply with off-site work coordinates.
• Manage project budget and schedule to meet owner’s standards; monitor monthly budget vs progress.
• Oversee contractor activities, review schedules/submittals, respond to RFIs and change orders.
• Review substitution submittals to ensure owner requirements.
• Monitor payments to contractors, architects, and inspections; manage close-out.
• Administer Professional Service Agreements between Architect and owner.
