Job summary

Cordoba Corporation in Inland Empire, CA is seeking an experienced Construction Manager with at least 10 years of full-time professional CM experience on large programs over $20M. You will oversee all phases from constructability reviews to close-out, coordinate with public agencies, monitor budgets, and manage RFIs and change orders.

Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office is expected, along with knowledge of DSA processes.

Qualifications

• Ten years full-time paid professional experience in Construction Management of Commercial and/or Public/Educational Facility Construction.
• Experience coordinating complex projects with construction values over $20M.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of DSA process during construction phase.

Responsibilities

• Oversee constructability reviews, pre-construction bid documents, procurement, contract award, construction and close-out.
• Review pre-construction documents and provide comments to the Designer.
• Prepare reports on project status and progress for senior management.
• Coordinate with public agencies during pre-construction and construction.
• Monitor budget and schedule; report monthly status to owner.
• Direct contractor activities, review schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Review contractor substitutions to meet specifications and owner requirements.
• Negotiate contractor change orders to fair prices; address schedule impacts.
• Track payments to contractors, architects, labs/inspections; ensure compliance.
• Administer professional service agreements between architects and owner.
• Coordinate delivery of fixtures, furniture, and equipment.
• Monitor project close-out and occupancy certification (DSA or CO) as applicable.
