Job summary

Cordoba Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Inland Empire, CA. The candidate will lead complex projects with construction values over $20M and coordinate across design, permitting, and AHJ processes.

Requirements include ten years of full-time project management experience in commercial or public/educational facilities, with five years handling large-scale projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, SketchUp, MS Office, and DSA is expected.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years full-time paid professional experience in Project Management of Commercial and/or Public/Educational Facility Construction.
• Five (5) of the ten (10) years should have full responsibility for coordinating complex projects with construction values in excess of $20M.

Responsibilities

• Oversees grants, funding, planning, design, permitting and AHJ approvals.
• Coordinates with public agencies and owner staff during pre-construction and construction.
• Manages project budget and schedule, ensuring alignment with design and budgets.
• Directs architects and consultants and coordinates design with owner staff.
• Reviews substitutions and negotiates add services with the owner.
