Job summary

Cordoba Corporation in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Senior Construction Manager, OAR II for leadership of large educational/public works programs. The role requires at least 15 years of full-time construction/PM experience and managing projects valued over $20M.

Responsibilities include oversight of pre-construction through close-out, budget and schedule management, coordination with public agencies, and ensuring compliance with district standards. Onsite work in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years full-time paid professional experience in Construction/PM.
• Must have five of the fifteen years coordinating complex projects over $20M in value.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-construction, bid/award, construction and close-out.
• Coordinate with public agencies and District staff.
• Manage project budget and schedule; monitor monthly status.
• Review contractor submittals, RFCs and change orders for fair pricing.
• Administer contracts between Architects and the District.
• Monitor project close-out with DSA and financial close-out.
