Job summary

Cordoba Corporation is seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a minimum of 10 years of full-time professional construction management experience. The role focuses on large programs over $20M, including educational, public works, or large commercial/healthcare projects in California.

Responsibilities include coordinating pre-construction through close-out, managing budgets and schedules, and interfacing with public agencies and contractors.

Qualifications

• Ten years of full-time paid professional construction management experience.
• Two decades-style? (not in text)

Responsibilities

• Manage constructability review, pre-construction, procurement, contract award, construction, and close-out phases.
• Review pre-construction documents and provide comments to Designer as needed.
• Prepare status reports for upper management on project progress.
• Coordinate with public agencies during pre-construction and construction.
• Monitor budget and schedule to meet owner standards.
• Oversee contractor activities, review schedules and RFIs.
• Review substitutions to meet specs and owner requirements.
• Negotiate change orders and address schedule impacts.
• Monitor progress and payments to all parties.
• Administer agreements between Architects and owner.
• Coordinate delivery of fixtures, furniture, and equipment.
• Manage close-out and occupancy certification processes.
