PracticeTek in San Diego is seeking a Senior Project Manager & Process Improvement Specialist to drive critical Customer Success initiatives. You will lead cross-functional programs, define outcomes, and map workflows to remove bottlenecks while delivering measurable improvements across onboarding, support, and operations.

This role partners with senior leaders and shapes strategic roadmaps for healthcare tech solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in project management, program management, or related roles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs end-to-end.
• Experience with process improvement and operational excellence in healthcare tech.
• Strong change management and governance skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex, cross-functional Customer Success programs from charter through implementation and benefits realization.
• Define outcomes, scope, metrics, roadmaps, and resource needs with senior leaders.
• Map and improve end-to-end workflows; remove bottlenecks and inconsistent practices across teams.
• Establish governance with visible priorities, risks, decisions, and tradeoffs.
• Use data and feedback to validate improvements and identify next opportunities.
