Job summary

Sandisk seeks a driven Project Manager & Process Engineer to lead Customer Operations initiatives focused on process optimization, efficiency, and operational excellence. You will drive cross-functional projects across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations to streamline workflows and reduce costs.

The role requires robust PM discipline, data-driven decision making, and a proven ability to deliver measurable business impact through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, business, operations, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Customer Operations, or Process Improvement
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional projects
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Customer Operations projects from scoping and planning through execution and post-implementation review, defining goals, timelines, resources, and success metrics
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to high quality standards
• Map current-state workflows and design future-state processes using process improvement methodologies to drive efficiency gains and remove friction from customer-facing and internal operations
• Partner with Sales and customer-facing teams to enhance the end-to-end customer journey and simplify workflows for improved speed, accuracy, and scalability
• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities across systems, workflows, and vendor relationships, monitoring and reporting on savings and ROI
