Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Process Improvement Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives in a healthcare-focused organization.

The successful candidate will apply Lean and Six Sigma methods, develop standardized workflows, dashboards, and KPIs, and partner with internal teams and external vendors to implement changes. This on-site California role requires strong analytics, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive adoption through leadership presentation and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in process improvement or operational excellence.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Lean, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, process mapping, and performance measurement.
• Translate findings into sustainable operational improvements.
• Strong PM skills with competing priorities.
• Experience developing KPIs and executive reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives from discovery to implementation.
• Evaluate workflows, controls, and processes to identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, mapping, audit, and continuous improvement methods.
• Develop standardized workflows, SOPs, maps, controls, and docs.
• Manage strategic projects with timelines and deliverables.
• Analyze data to identify trends and prioritize opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for leadership insights.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors on implementations.
• Support change management and drive adoption of new processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to executives.
