Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5–8+ years of experience in Project Management, Customer Operations, or Process Improvement.
Proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional projects.
Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Customer Operations projects from scoping and planning through execution and post-implementation review, defining goals, timelines, resources, and success metrics.
Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.
Map current-state workflows and design future-state processes using process improvement methodologies to drive efficiency gains and remove friction from customer-facing and internal operations.
Partner with Sales and customer-facing teams to enhance the end-to-end customer journey and simplify workflows for improved speed, accuracy, and scalability.
Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities across systems, workflows, and vendor relationships, monitoring and reporting on savings and ROI.
