Responsabilités

• Drive end-to-end delivery of customer success workstreams.
• Build clear, sequenced roadmaps and maintain backlogs.
• Partner daily with product, engineering, and content teams to clarify requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks with mitigation plans.
• Deliver milestone tracking and executive-ready status reports.
