Job summary

PracticeTek is seeking a Senior Project Manager & Process Improvement Specialist in San Diego to lead high-priority, cross-functional Customer Success programs. You will drive end-to-end process improvements, governance, and measurable outcomes across onboarding, CS, support, and revenue-related areas.

The role reports to the CCO or designee and requires partnering with senior leaders to define roadmaps, responsibilities, and success metrics, ensuring adoption and sustained impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in project management, program management, operational excellence, business transformation, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional Customer Success programs from charter through implementation and benefits realization.
• Define business outcomes, scope, success measures, roadmaps, and ownership with senior leaders.
• Map and improve end-to-end workflows, removing bottlenecks and unnecessary rework across teams and brands.
• Create governance and operating discipline to visualize priorities, risks, decisions, and tradeoffs.
