Stanley Consultants is seeking a Senior Project Manager with industrial building and energy experience to lead design teams on Power Generation projects across multiple offices or remote. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk to optimize client service and financial performance for large generation initiatives.

Candidates should bring 15+ years in energy engineering, 10+ years in PM, PMP knowledge, and a PE license or PMI certification.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in engineering, construction management, or business.
• 15+ years in Energy Engineering with at least 10 years in project management.
• Experience in Thermal Generation projects (Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Reciprocating Engines, BOP).
• Strong understanding of PMP Principles.
• Capable of managing large multi-discipline programs across offices and projects.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with Design Bid Build, Design Build, GMP, and EPC delivery methods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and implementation of medium to large engineering projects across multiple offices.
• Support business development through scoping, fee development, proposals, and contract development.
• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, procurement, and risk management.
• Form project teams, assign responsibilities, and ensure execution on schedule.
• Submit documents for compliance and obtain required permits.
• Meet with clients to resolve issues and secure approvals at project end.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients for business development.
