Stanley Consultants is seeking a Senior Project Manager with energy experience to lead design teams on Power Generation projects across multiple offices including Chicago, IL and other locations. The role covers scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management for large generation programs.

You will mentor other project managers, drive portfolio performance, and coordinate with clients to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors of Science in engineering, construction management, or business from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 15+ years of increasing experience in the Energy Engineering Industry with a minimum of 10 years in project management.
• Experience in Thermal Generation projects such as Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Reciprocating Engines and BOP design.
• Firm understanding of PMP Principles.
• Demonstrated capabilities and success in managing large multi-discipline programs, projects, multi-office projects, and/or multiple projects.
• Outstanding time management skills.
• Experience in Design Bid Build, Design Build, GMP, and EPC project delivery methods.

Aufgaben

• Lead the planning and implementation of medium to large multiple discipline engineering projects with various stakeholders ranging in complexity.
• Support business development by participating in project scoping, fee development, proposal preparation, interviews, negotiations, and contract development.
• Review assigned project after award to define scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, vendor lists and progress billing points.
• Form a project team and assign responsibilities to execute tasks on schedule.
• Submit documents to authorities for code compliance and obtain permits.
• Meet with client management during the project to resolve issues and obtain approvals at completion.
