Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Senior Project Manager with industrial building and energy experience, managing design teams for Power Delivery projects and overseeing scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications, resources, procurement, and risk across large, complex engagements.

The role requires a track record in leading multi-discipline teams, strong stakeholder management, and delivery excellence. Hybrid work options and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or business from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Energy Engineering with at least 5 years in project management.
• Experience in Transmission Line, Substation, and Distribution projects.
• Firm understanding of PMP Principles.
• Proven ability to manage large multi-discipline programs and multi-office projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of medium to large engineering projects with stakeholders across offices.
• Support business development through scoping, fee development, proposals, and contract development.
• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and vendor lists after award.
• Form project teams and assign responsibilities to meet schedule.
• Submit documents to authorities for code compliance and permits.
