Based in our New York office, report to the Senior Project Manager. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in project management within a fast-paced environment and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment like an agency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to balance priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain project tracking documents and status reports.
• Manage full lifecycle from kickoff to delivery within budget.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and drive accountability.
• Clarify scope, set expectations, and provide regular updates.
• Ensure quality control across project deliverables.
