Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Dannemora, NY to lead project development from concept to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget. You will provide construction oversight, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with designers and the client facility to drive value.

The role requires 8 years in construction with multi-phase experience and at least 4 years as an Assistant PM on >$10M projects, plus OSHA 30 certification.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction experience on large-scale building projects.
• At least 4 years as an Assistant Project Manager on projects over $10M.
• Ability to manage multiple projects using established controls and procedures.
• Knowledge of change orders and contractor payment review/approval.
• Must have OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage project development from conception through completion per program objectives.
• Provide construction oversight and resolve complex project challenges.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and project controls.
• Analyze reports, meeting minutes, correspondences, and invoices.
