Jacobs in Albany, NY is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a $240M emergency operations center project from an owner’s perspective. You’ll guide scheduling, cost controls, safety, and quality, coordinating with designers and stakeholders to meet critical milestones.

Ideal candidates have extensive PM experience on large, multi-phase building projects, including complex technology integrations, with strong communication and leadership skills. Exposure to ENR-level environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing multiple projects and reading schedules.
• Bachelor’s Degree or professional certification in a related field.
• Experience on large-scale building rehab projects and capital programs.
• 4+ years as a Project Manager with strong scheduling and controls.
• OSHA 30 certification or plan to complete within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a $240M emergency operations center project from an owner’s perspective.
• Ensure the project meets schedule, cost, and performance requirements.
• Provide project leadership in scheduling, safety, quality, and designer coordination.
• Manage large capital programs with integrated technology systems.
