Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Dannemora, NY. The role leads project development from concept to completion, oversees construction activities, and resolves complex challenges to meet budget and schedule targets.

The position requires 8+ years in construction PM and at least 4 years as Assistant PM on multi-million dollar projects, with OSHA 30 certification. Onsite work with strong client collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction PM experience on large-scale building/rehabilitation projects.
• At least 4 years as Assistant Project Manager on projects > $10M with broad construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage project development from conception to completion per program objectives.
• Provide construction oversight and resolve complex challenges.
• Develop reports, meeting minutes, correspondences, project awards, and invoices; assist with budgets, schedules, and project controls.
• Apply proven project management techniques to reduce costs and add client value.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
