Job summary

Worley is seeking a Project Manager II in Billings, MT to lead multidisciplinary engineering and procurement efforts, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The role interfaces with the client, manages scope, cost, and schedule, and oversees change control and documentation turnover.

The ideal candidate has experience in FEED and detailed engineering for petrochemical or oil & gas projects, with a BS in engineering or technical discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through FEED and detailed engineering
• Experience in managing project scope, cost and schedule for petrochemical/oil & gas
• Strong background in refining, petrochemical or U/M project management

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidiscipline engineering and procurement activities to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget
• Manage contract requirements, change control, and client communications
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with project basis of design and applicable regulations
