Job summary

Worley seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer in our Billings, MT office to lead electrical delivery across a portfolio of oil, gas, and chemical projects. You will mentor engineers and designers, ensure high-quality, compliant work, and drive project objectives from conception to completion.

You will apply strong leadership, technical knowledge, and communication skills to guide teams, coordinate with management and clients, and deliver on schedule and budget while staying aligned with safety

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in oil and gas industry.
• Experience in electrical distribution design for oil and gas projects.
• Proficient with ETAP and SPL software.
• Knowledge of MV and LV distribution systems and protective relays.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering delivery across projects.
• Manage and mentor engineers and designers.
• Ensure on-time delivery with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project management and clients to meet objectives.
• Review deliverables and establish technical direction.
• Support procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Provide guidance for change management and scope clarity.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory specifications.
• Maintain relationships with management and clients.
