You will guide technical directions, review deliverables, control scope, schedule, and budget, and collaborate with project managers, vendors, and stakeholders to drive performance and value creation.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering and professional registration.
• 12+ years in petrochemical and refining with project design, execution, construction.
• Oil and gas and refinery experience required.
• EPC project delivery knowledge and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline project team across Billings location.
• Oversee scope, schedule, and budget targets.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance.
