Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with High Value Engineering Centre.
• Industry experience delivering chemicals/hydrocarbons projects.
• Project Manager experience on projects >$25 Million TIC.
• Commitment to HSE management in project environments.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of MOC process.
• Strong customer focus.
• Ability to lead multidiscipline activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of assigned projects across design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project objectives and outcomes.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget with strong HSE leadership.
• Manage scope, change control, and interfaces using Worley standards.
• Monitor reports and develop corrective action plans as needed.
• Ensure quality management and compliance with Worley policies.
