Job summary

Worley is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer in our Billings, Montana office to lead electrical engineering delivery across a portfolio of oil, gas and chemical projects. You will provide technical leadership, oversee a team of engineers and designers, ensure high-quality, compliant and on-time delivery, and collaborate with project management and clients to meet objectives and safety standards.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in oil and gas.
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering is required.
PE status in the US is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience with MV/LV distribution design and power management.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of electrical engineers and designers on oil/gas/chemical projects.
Plan, organize and direct engineering work from conception to completion.
Collaborate with project management, client and other disciplines to meet objectives.
Maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction with quality and progress.
Communicate effectively and motivate the team to achieve goals.
Deliver electrical services on time and within budget according to specs.
