Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Billings, Montana to lead multidiscipline engineering and procurement activities, ensuring safe, efficient, cost-effective and timely project execution. The role serves as the primary client interface to ensure expectations are met and alignment with the Basis of Design and regulatory codes.

The ideal candidate will manage scope, schedule, and cost, apply robust change control, and coordinate across Worley’s global resources as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidiscipline engineering and procurement projects in refinery, petrochemical, or UM/mega projects.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, cost and risk across interfaces for complex programs.
• Experience delivering FEED and detailed engineering and procurement phases.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multidiscipline engineering and procurement activities to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, cost-effectively and on time.
• Interface with client to satisfy expectations and ensure compliance with the approved Basis of Design and regulatory requirements.
• Control contract change processes and adherence to contractual requirements.
• Develop task order proposals with discipline leads and coordinate handovers from Business Development.
• Monitor project performance, identify issues early and implement corrective actions.
• Manage design, procurement and construction activities to meet the project schedule and budget.
• Provide timely progress reporting to the Client and Worley management.
