• 15+ years in petrochemical/refining with design, execution, and construction.
• Oil and Gas industry experience.
• Lead multi-discipline teams across FEED and detailed engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage Worley/Client contract and change control.
• Define scope and ensure contract compliance.
• Develop task orders with discipline leads.
• Monitor schedule and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee design, procurement, and construction to meet schedule.
• Maintain risk management and cost control.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to project team.
• Ensure effective communication with client and Worley management.
