Job summary

Lever is seeking a Project Manager to drive priorities within the People Analytics and Workforce Strategy team. You will partner with global Recruiting Leaders and cross-functional teams to guide data-driven initiatives through to execution.

This role focuses on managing complex projects, mitigating risks, and delivering timely insights for hiring decisions. Strong communication and change management skills are essential in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience using MS Office tools.
• Experience working across various levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated experience dealing with sensitive & confidential information.
• Experience managing multiple projects and delivering on timelines.
• Proven communication and interpersonal experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects per defined scope and guidelines.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to share and align on process and deliverables.
• Identify risks early and escalate to mitigate issues.
• Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on risks and status.
• Assess cross-project impacts and resource dependencies.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure priorities are clear and tracked with metrics.
• Coordinate day-to-day project tasks and quality assurance.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align on timelines and deliverables.
• Refine recruiting communications and content delivery strategy.
• Reduce surprises during execution and own progress reporting.
