Qualified candidates bring 10+ years in project management for major construction and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Travel up to 85% is required; relocation may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field and 10+ years of experience in project engineering or construction project management for large projects (>$50M).
• Willingness to travel up to 85% across North America, with the possibility of relocation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage estimates and cost control processes.
• Oversee project scheduling, change orders, and billing to ensure financial performance.
• Supervise subcontractor performance and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and teams to resolve issues and drive project success.
• Lead project start-up, risk management, and client relationship management.
