Job summary

Alberici Constructors, Inc. in Saint Louis, Missouri is seeking a Project Manager (Heavy Civil/Marine) to lead estimating, scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor oversight on complex projects.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction and at least 5 years of project management experience on large-scale projects (>$20M), with exposure to marine and heavy civil scopes. Travel across North America is expected, and the successful candidate will partner with clients and internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related to construction industry.
• 5 years’ experience in project engineering, construction project management, or related activities with exposure to projects in excess of $20 million within the heavy civil and/or marine sectors.
• Specific experience managing self-perform marine, foundations, and/or structural concrete scopes is required.
• Experience working with clients such as USACE, TVA, and NAVFAC is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains schedules, estimates, and budgets for the project.
• Oversees change orders and billing to ensure cash flow and on-budget performance.
• supervises subcontractor performance and ensures regulatory and quality compliance.
• Coordinates with project team and client to meet milestones and contractual obligations.
• Travels to project sites and manages on-site operations across North America.
