Job summary

The role involves coordinating with estimators, BD personnel, and clients to develop schedules, phase site logistics, and deliver projects on time and within budget. A commitment to safety and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 10 years of field construction project management experience on projects over $50M.
• Experience supervising project teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site for major projects >$50M, ensuring schedule, cost, and quality.
• Oversee change orders, billing, and subcontractor performance.
• Monitor safety, regulatory compliance, and labor relations.
• Support business development and client relations.
