Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to serve as an Owner’s Representative for landside or facility-related projects (non-airfield).

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and brings 5+ years of PM experience with strong client, consultant, contractor, and stakeholder collaboration. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of project management experience with owner’s representative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops scope of project, planning/concept documents, engineering documents, and construction documents.
• Develop procurement documents as project dictates.
• Manages contract development and procurement selection processes.
• Negotiates engineering/architectural/construction contracts and change orders as necessary.
• Leads architectural/engineering and construction for development of plans and construction.
• Oversees submittals for architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil reviews.
• Performs constructability reviews of plans and specifications.
• Coordinates with departments to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines.
• Administer and attend meetings, reviews submittals, and shop drawings.
• Reports and maintains project reporting and database through tenant project and closeout.
