Job summary

A corporate real estate advisory firm is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple concurrent construction projects, focusing on Energetics, Hardware Technology, Advanced Manufacturing, and Industrial sectors. You'll act as the owner's representative, managing project teams and ensuring client goals are met. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in construction project management, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $150,000 - $190,000 and a mix of remote and onsite work, along with a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of construction project management experience, preferably in owner's rep or third-party CM roles.
• Experience with Energetics, Hardware Technology, Advanced Manufacturing, or Industrial projects.
• Proven ability to manage external vendors while leading internal junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle oversight of multiple concurrent projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project budgets, schedules, and milestones independently.
• Mentor and manage up to two internal Hughes Marino PMs or project engineers.
