The role focuses on planning, design, procurement, and delivery, with strong emphasis on client and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proven ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
• 5–10 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience serving as Owner's Representative on landside or facility projects (non-airport).
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develops project scope, planning documents, and construction documents.
• Manages procurement documents and contract development.
• Coordinates with departments to ensure codes and standards compliance.
• Administers meetings, reviews submittals and shop drawings.
• Monitors schedule and project reporting through closeout.
• Handles environmental hazards per OSHA regulations.
