Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction PM, owner's rep, or development mgmt experience.
• Independently manage complex projects from inception to closeout.
• Experience in interior fit-outs and base building projects.
• Budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and risk management.
• Excellent client-facing relationships and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple construction projects from planning through completion.
• Serve as primary client contact, guiding project lifecycle.
• Oversee scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate procurement including RFQ/RFP, contractor selection, and contracts.
• Review invoices, change orders, and purchase requests.
• Deliver regular updates, dashboards, and reports to clients.
• Mentor junior team members and support business development.
• Uphold company values and contribute to revenue goals.
