Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in Project Management or similar role in construction.
• OSH 10 and OSHA-30 certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of PM and APM responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project life cycle including budget, cost, schedule, and risk management.
• Lead communication with all project stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects based on size and complexity.
• Provide financial oversight of projects and manage contracts.
