Job summary

We Search People in Bethesda, MD, is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager / Owner’s Representative to oversee a range of commercial construction and property improvement projects across its portfolio.

You will represent the ownership group, coordinate external engineering partners, drive building operations improvements, and work closely with internal teams, contractors and consultants to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction Management, Owners Representation or MEP project management.
• Engineering background strongly preferred; equivalent substantial experience with commercial building systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading tenant improvements, capital projects and occupied-building work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and property improvement projects for the portfolio.
• Represent the ownership group throughout projects including tenant improvements and capital projects.
• Coordinate external engineering partners and focus on improving building operations and asset performance.
• Work with internal teams, contractors and consultants to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
