Qualifications

• 12+ years of construction project management experience, with significant time in a senior ownership role.
• Must demonstrate a shift to owner-side perspective.
• Design-Build experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle oversight of multiple construction projects.
• Direct accountability to executive stakeholders.
• Develop project budgets and schedules independent of GC interests.
