Qualifications

• 15+ years in vertical/facilities construction project management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related field.
• PMP, PE, or AJA certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget, schedule, procurement, quality, safety, and risk with minimal oversight.
• Lead federal customer engagements and provide updates from field team.
• Serve as primary contact between owner and contractors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety audits, and site inspections.
• Prepare progress reports for senior leadership.
