Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Sciences or Mechanical Engineering.
• PM experience required; 2+ years minimum; Senior PM level 7+ years.
• Proven success delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Drive timely completion of high-quality projects within timelines and budgets.
• Review reports to assess status and actions; manage scope changes.
• Lead meetings and pre-job planning to align teams and customers.
• Establish subcontracts and equipment buy-outs to support schedules.
• Prepare monthly billings and manage cash flow.
