Job summary

DP Electric Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the project management team responsible for large electrical construction projects in the Southwest.

You will hire, coach, and develop PMs, sustain executive-level client relationships, and drive portfolio performance, safety, and process improvements across the organization. Based in the Tempe office with regular site visits, you will help set annual goals, standards, and delivery methods, while partnering with senior leadership to advance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in electrical contracting, with success as a senior PM on large, complex projects.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role overseeing project managers or PM staff.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project management team, providing daily guidance, coaching, and development support.
• Oversee portfolio health, ensure delivery to schedule, scope, budget, and safety standards.
• Manage executive-level client relationships and lead business development pursuits as needed.
• Shape operations by aligning with senior leadership on goals, standards, and process improvements.
