Job summary

Bohler is seeking a Senior Project Manager in New York City to oversee complex land development projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial sites. You will lead planning, manage budgets, and mentor teams to deliver outcomes that positively impact the communities Bohler serves.

Ideal candidates bring a Civil Engineering background, PE license preferred, and at least 15 years in land development with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of land development and site design experience.
• 7+ years of staff management and leadership experience.
• Strong communication and public presentation skills.
• Experience with grading, stormwater, zoning, utility design, and permitting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution for large-scale land development projects.
• Manage financial outcomes, including budgets, contracts, and profitability.
• Cultivate strong client partnerships and represent projects in community and public forums.
• Oversee regulatory permitting and site plan approvals to ensure project success.
• Mentor and develop project managers and technical teams.
• Champion business development to expand Bohler’s client base and regional footprint.
