Job summary

Bohler’s Philadelphia office is seeking a Project Manager who excels in collaboration, accountability, and delivering high standards of excellence. You will oversee complex land development projects from concept to completion, guiding design quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance.

As primary client contact, you will lead internal teams, mentor assistants, manage contracts and budgets, and present at hearings and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of civil/site design and permitting experience in land development.
• Proven success in managing project delivery and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience overseeing budgets, contracts, and staff development.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including design, permitting, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Serve as the primary client contact and ensure expectations are met through clear communication.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant Project Managers and technical staff.
• Oversee financial performance, including contracts, invoicing, and change management.
• Present at public hearings, client meetings, and community sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on business development and account growth.
• Promote quality control, innovation, and continuous improvement within your team.
