Job summary

Bohler is seeking a Project Manager at our Warren, NJ office to oversee complex land development projects across the Greater New York/New Jersey area. You will manage design, permitting, scheduling, budgeting, and client communications to ensure project success from concept to completion.

You will lead and mentor teams, maintain financial performance, and partner with leadership on business development. A Civil Engineering degree and 10+ years of relevant experience are required, with a PE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years of civil/site design and permitting experience in land development required.
• Proven success in managing project delivery and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience overseeing budgets, contracts, and staff development.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including design, permitting, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Serve as the primary client contact and ensure expectations are met through clear communication and proactive leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant Project Managers and technical staff.
• Oversee financial performance, including contracts, invoicing, and change management.
• Present at public hearings, client meetings, and community sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on business development and account growth.
• Promote quality control, innovation, and continuous improvement within your team.
