Job summary

Bohler’s Warren, NJ office is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex land development projects from concept to completion. You will manage design, permitting, scheduling, budgeting, and client communications while guiding internal teams to deliver high standards of excellence.

As a senior leader, you’ll mentor Assistant Project Managers and staff, oversee contracts and invoicing, and present at hearings and client meetings. PE preferred; AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of civil/site design and permitting experience in land development.
• Proven success in managing project delivery and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience overseeing budgets, contracts, and staff development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software.
• PE license preferred.

• Serve as the primary client contact and ensure expectations are met through clear communication and proactive leadership.

Pay Transparency

Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience. The base pay range for this role is $120,000 – $150,000 per year.
