TerraPower Isotopes (TPI) seeks a Senior Project Manager to serve as owner’s project manager for a first‑of‑a‑kind, greenfield cGMP actinium‑225 facility. You will own scope, schedule, cost, and risk from design through commissioning and turnover to operations.

This senior IC role requires delivering regulated facilities, leading multi‑vendor interfaces, and ensuring compliance with rigorous nuclear and radiopharmaceutical standards. Strong executive communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have delivered complex, regulated facilities from the owner's side.
• End-to-end accountability for major capital programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as owner’s project manager and single point of accountability for a greenfield cGMP radiopharmaceutical facility from design to handover.
• Own the project execution plan, baseline, and delivery strategy; report to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.
• Lead a matrixed team across engineering, quality, operations, radiation safety, supply chain, and vendors.
• Sequence milestones to meet licensing, commissioning, qualification, and startup requirements; drive readiness at each gate.
