Job summary

TerraPower Isotopes seeks a Director, Project Management Office to mature the TPI Project Office and govern work planning, resourcing, and delivery across engineering, technology and R&D. You will build and lead a PMO in a fast-moving, capital-intensive environment with strong emphasis on governance and performance reporting.

Responsibilities include establishing policies, leading a PMO team, shaping portfolio intake, and ensuring alignment with safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements in

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in engineering or related field with 12+ years of PM experience.
• Proven track record building and leading a PMO or project controls function in a fast-moving, capital-intensive setting.
• Experience delivering capital construction projects and managing EPC/design-build partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, governance, and continuous improvement of the Project Office framework, including controls, risk management, and program management.
• Lead portfolio intake and categorization, ensuring consistent planning across the portfolio.
• Oversee scheduling governance, resource loading, and baseline management for the portfolio.
• Direct performance measurement through milestones and dashboards, and lead leadership-level reporting.
• Own the project change request process at portfolio level with updated risk registers.
