Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, SCM, Operations, Business or related field.
• 8+ years in supply-chain, procurement, logistics, or operations with leadership.
• Experience building or scaling supply-chain organizations, processes, or systems.
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma/radiopharma/nuclear) preferred.
• GMP knowledge and regulated material control.
• Hazardous-material or radioactive-material logistics experience preferred; DOT/IATA knowledge desirable.
• Proficiency with ERP, inventory-management, procurement, or material-planning systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork; safety and integrity orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the TPI Supply organization (Shipping & Logistics, Procurement, Warehousing).
• Establish scalable processes, roles, systems, and standards as manufacturing grows.
• Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing team for cGMP and radiologically controlled ops.
• Establish supply strategies balancing production reliability, quality, regulatory compliance, supplier resilience, inventory, and cost.
• Identify supply-chain risks and contingency strategies for materials, services, equipment.
• Translate production schedules into material, inventory, procurement, and logistics requirements for GMP and non-GMP radioisotope manufacturing.
• Ensure reliable availability of raw materials, consumables, components, packaging, and production-critical supplies.
• Establish MRO/spare-parts program supporting maintenance of equipment.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance on stocking levels and obsolescence controls.
• Lead sourcing and procurement of materials and services for isotope production and operations.
• Develop and qualify a resilient supplier base with attention to long-lead and quality-critical items.
• Establish supplier performance and risk-management processes; negotiate with stakeholders.
• Develop warehouse/inventory-control processes for GMP, radiological, hazardous, and general materials.
• Coordinate with Quality and Radiation Safety on material controls.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics for time-sensitive isotope shipments to domestic and international customers.
• Diversify transportation providers for radioactive and regulated shipments.
• Ensure planning, packaging, documentation, and tracking meet customer requirements.
• Develop ERP, inventory, procurement processes providing visibility of material status and supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, radiation safety, hazardous-material, and export-control requirements.
• Represent Supply during audits and cross-functional risk/change-control activities.
• Develop KPIs and use data to improve material availability and cost efficiency.
• Military experience a plus.
