TerraPower Isotopes seeks a Director of the Project Management Office to guide project controls, governance, and reporting across engineering, technology, and R&D delivery. The role leads a growing PMO in a capital-intensive environment, aligning work with safety and regulatory requirements while partnering with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 12 years of project management experience with project controls.
• Proven track record building and leading a PMO in a fast-growth environment.
• Experience delivering capital construction projects with EPC/design-build partners.
• Expertise with Atlassian tooling (Confluence/Jira) and Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, procurement change control, and risk.
• PM certification (PMP, PMI-SP) preferred; radiopharmaceutical/nuclear exp. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, governance, and improvement of the TPI Project Office framework.
• Author and maintain Project Office policies, procedures, and templates.
• Grow and lead a team of project managers with coaching and performance management.
• Lead portfolio intake and classification for aligned project planning.
• Oversee scheduling governance, resource loading, and baseline management.
• Direct performance measurement through milestones and earned value tracking.
• Own project change request process at portfolio level and risk registers.
• Manage capital delivery of production facility expansions and budgets.
• Coordinate with EPC/design-build partners and external vendors.
