Job summary

West Valley Cleanup Alliance is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-value projects from planning through closeout at the West Valley Demonstration Project site. You will provide overall leadership for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety while coordinating cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, on-time, and within-budget execution.

The role requires extensive experience in project management, strong interpersonal and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, facility management, or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Eleven+ years progressive project management experience.
• Five+ years leadership or supervisory experience.
• Four+ years in a DOE or commercial nuclear environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthful work environment by following established safety rules and PPE.
• Coordinate project EVMS to ensure effective operation.
• Assist with creating baselines and financial forecasts, EACs, and EVMS reporting.
• Conduct financial and investigative analyses for real-time project insights.
• Promote PM practices prioritizing safety, financial discipline, and contract fulfillment.
• Implement 413.3B Capital Asset requirements and EVMS guidelines.
• Engage with DOE, EFCOG, and other EVMS groups to maintain process quality.
• Collaborate with DOE staff on EVMS matters and Capital Asset projects.
